For your superhero!

HOW TO KNIT A SPIDERMAN BLANKET -:
Here’s the pattern notes from the Creator of the Blanket – You need 300g blue 7-veljestä is a worsted weight wool blend (150g / 5 oz. =300m/ 330yds) 300g red 7-veljestä and 100g black 7-veljestä double pointed needles 4,5mm (US #7) 120cm circular needles 4,5mm (US #7) crochet hook 5 mm (USH) Size: 130cm I used larger needles than recommended with yarn, so the blanket is not so heavy and thick.

Use smaller needles if you want. Be creative. Use colors what you like -why not pink and yellow to little princess or black and white to Batman-fan. Use your imagination.

Coloring in my blanket goes as follows 6 rows black 12 rows red, 2 rows black 13 rows blue, 2 rows black 14 rows blue, 2 rows black 15 rows red, 2 rows black 16 rows red, 2 rows black 17 rows blue, 2 rows black 18 rows blue, 2 rows black 19 rows red, last 6 rows black
kfb= knit same stitch front and back loops M1=increase one stitch SK2P = Slip 1, knit 2 together, pass slip stitch over the knit 2 together.

And another pattern….

Work pattern like this until sleeve measures 26 cm / 10 1/4”. Now work according to A.3. On every row with arrow work 2 dc tog into 1 dc mid front of sleeve (i.e. dec 1 ch-space on every round with arrow) – READ DECREASE TIP. The dotted line shows mid front of sleeve. Otherwise continue the pattern as before. Dec on every 4th row a total of 4 times.
