At a loose end?

Follow these simple steps for sewing in any loose ends:

  • Thread the yarn onto a tapestry needle and work with the WS (wrong side) of the work facing upwards.
  • Insert the needle under the loop of each stitch, and draw it through. Work it up and down the loops of the stitches for 8cm. See image below
  • Cut the yarn close to the fabric. (Your finished piece)
  • If you are weaving at a colour change, be sure to work the loose end into the corresponding colour to prevent it from being visible at the front of the work.
